We Deal in various types of water related projects like
- UGR (Under Ground Reservoir)
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
- WTP (Water Treatment Plant) &
- Ranny Well
Ranny Well Projects
The Rainy Well are used to extract water from an aquifer with direct connection to surface water source. The Rainy wells are constructed near the bank. Special technology & experience is required for the construction of such Rainy wells. The construction of typical Rainy well is as follows:
A 5 to 6 meter dia RCC well is lowered up to 30 meter depth by the sinking method. Once it is settled at the required depth, the bottom of the RCC well is plugged.
From the bottom of the RCC well, three layers of 10 numbers of SS/MS slotted pipes of 30 mtr length are pushed radically at intervals of 1.5 mtr. By this method the 30 Radials from making cumulative length of 900 mtr. Ground water keeps flowing through this redial pipe into the RCC well. From this RCC well, the water is pumped out to reservoir etc. usually four vertical turbines of 50HP capacities each are installed in a Rainy well.
The Ground water so collected in the Rainy well contains very few impurities as such only chlorination is required to make the water suitable for human consumption.
From one Rainy well approximately 12 to 14 MLD water can be extracted approx. equivalent to 14 tube wells. The life of a Rainy well is approx. 50 to 60 years Delhi Jal Board had commissioned their first Rainy well in 1968-70 which is still under full successful operation.
Before construction a Rainy well, it is important to identify & carry out detailed survey and investigation of the land to ascertain the quality of ground water available.
One Rainy well is constructed in approx. 1.5 acres of land. We have constructed many Rainy wells, WTP, STP based on SBR Technology which is in successful operation till date.
